We did not know anybody in Putnam County to give us advice so we researched reviews online and decided to call Penny Adams. What an amazing experience this was. Penny knows the area, knows the market, and took the time out for my son to get exactly what he wanted. She explained everything step by step from beginning to end. After you meet her you realize it's not just about selling houses. It's about helping people find their home that is perfect for them. I would highly recommend Penny Adams as your real estate agent. As a Putnam County native she has a vast knowledge of the local area. I have known Penny personally and professionally for many years. She is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and personable. She was my realtor, as a seller, for 2 houses and acreage. She sold a house for me a couple years ago and last year I contacted her again to sell my home and acreage. She made the whole process easier for me from the beginning to the end. She kept me well informed and updated me with the progress of every one involved from the surveyor-building and zoning-buyers and closing agent. We communicated regularly in person, by phone or email or text. She was available anytime of the day or day of the week. I would contact her again, as a buyer, if I moved back to Putnam County.
