Hello! I'm Anayeli, but most people know me as Anna.
As a lifelong resident of Crescent City, Florida, I have a deep appreciation for this community and everything it has to offer. From the St. Johns River to the small-town charm that makes this area so special, I'm passionate about helping others find a place to call home here.
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Crescent City Junior Senior High School before earning my Associate in Arts with Honors from Daytona State College. I'm also fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to confidently serve clients from diverse backgrounds.
Growing up, I watched my parents invest in real estate, and seeing the opportunities it created for our family inspired me to pursue my real estate license. Since 2020, I've had the privilege of helping families buy, sell, and invest in real estate throughout North Central Florida.
In just a few years, I've surpassed $20 million in career sales volume and have been honored with multiple industry awards. I was recognized as one of the First Coast Top Residential Real Estate Agents in both 2025 and 2026, as published by the Jacksonville Business Journal.*
Beyond real estate, my greatest joy is being a mom. My little boy is my biggest motivation and my favorite sidekick, reminding me every day why helping families find the right home is so meaningful.
